English | Version 1.1 — 22 October 2026
1. Parties and contractual information
This Agreement is entered into between:
Service Provider: I KI COACHING (EVINA) EVDOXIA STOUPI LTD, trading as Inner Safety Healing, incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE387522, with registered office at 8 Chrysorrogiatissis, 3040 Limassol, Cyprus, VAT number CY10387522S (the “Company”).
Practitioner: Evdoxia Stoupi, acting on behalf of the Company.
Client: The individual identified in the booking confirmation, accepted proposal, signed agreement or invoice (the “Client”).
Contact email: evdoxia@innersafetyhealing.com
Effective date: The date on which the Client accepts this Agreement and the Company accepts the booking or purchase.
This Agreement governs individual coaching sessions and prepaid coaching packages purchased through the website or through a separately issued invoice or payment link.
2. Nature and scope of services
The Company provides individual coaching focused on personal development, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, relationships, boundaries and personal goals.
Depending on the Client's needs, preferences and the Practitioner's training, sessions may incorporate trauma-informed coaching principles, somatic awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation practices, guided relaxation, hypnotherapy-informed techniques or Reiki.
The specific methods used will be discussed with the Client. Participation in any particular exercise or modality is voluntary.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis or emergency support. The Company does not promise to cure or treat any physical or psychological condition.
The Client is encouraged to seek appropriate licensed healthcare support where needed. The Practitioner may recommend referral to another professional or decline to work outside her professional competence.
3. Client eligibility and informed participation
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over unless a separate written arrangement is made and legally appropriate.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for safe and appropriate participation, to disclose relevant concerns voluntarily where appropriate, and to communicate discomfort or a wish to stop an exercise.
The Client retains control over personal decisions and may decline any exercise, including somatic, mindfulness, relaxation, hypnosis-related or Reiki practices.
The Practitioner does not require the Client to recount traumatic events, disclose sensitive experiences or undergo a particular technique.
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors. No specific result, transformation, symptom reduction or financial or personal outcome is guaranteed.
4. Sessions and prices
The available services are:
Complimentary introductory call — 20 minutes — Free
Individual session — 90 minutes — €120
Five-session package — Five 90-minute sessions — €550
Ten-session package — Ten 90-minute sessions — €1,000
All advertised prices are final and inclusive of any applicable VAT. No additional VAT will be charged on top of the advertised prices.
The introductory call is an opportunity to discuss suitability and ask questions. It is not a full coaching session or an emergency consultation.
The Company may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not retrospectively change the agreed price of an existing purchase.
5. Booking, payment and contract formation
Payment for paid sessions and packages is due in full in advance unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The Client may purchase services through the website using the available payment providers or through an invoice or payment link issued separately by the Company.
Before payment, the Client must receive or have accessible the essential service description, total price, this Agreement, the applicable statutory withdrawal information and the Company's Privacy Policy.
For website purchases, the Client must actively accept the Agreement using an unticked checkbox. For invoice or payment-link purchases, the Client must provide a documented electronic acceptance or digital signature before services begin.
Payment alone must not be treated as a substitute for a legally required express request to begin services during a withdrawal period.
The Company will provide confirmation of the purchase and the applicable terms on a durable medium, ordinarily by email.
Payments are processed by the relevant provider. The Company does not require the Client to disclose payment card details directly to the Practitioner.
6. Scheduling and delivery
Sessions are ordinarily conducted online through Zoom or another mutually agreed secure platform.
The first paid appointment is booked through the booking system or agreed directly with the Practitioner.
Subsequent appointments within a package are scheduled by mutual agreement. The frequency may be more than once weekly, weekly, fortnightly or otherwise appropriate to the Client's needs and the Practitioner's availability.
A package purchase does not guarantee a particular recurring time slot.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide appointments within the package validity period. The Client is responsible for requesting and arranging appointments in good time.
Both parties should confirm appointment changes in writing, including by email or written message, to avoid misunderstandings.
7. Package validity
Five-session and ten-session packages remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
The Client may request an extension before expiry. Any extension must be agreed in writing by the Company.
Unused sessions ordinarily expire at the end of the validity period, subject to mandatory consumer law, any written extension and circumstances in which the Company has been unable to provide reasonably available appointments.
The Company will not rely on expiry to deprive a Client of services where the Company itself has materially prevented their use.
8. Appointment cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows
The Client must notify the Company as soon as possible if unable to attend.
At least 24 hours before the scheduled start: The Client may cancel or reschedule without an appointment cancellation charge. A prepaid individual session may be refunded in full on request. For a package, the session remains available.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start: A cancellation charge of €60, equivalent to 50% of the standard individual-session price, applies, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
No-show: If the Client does not attend and has not provided notice, a charge of €120, equivalent to the standard individual-session price, applies, subject to applicable law.
For prepaid packages, these amounts are accounted for against the package balance. The Company must not deduct an entire session and impose an additional charge for the same missed appointment.
For administrative clarity, the package ledger will record the monetary value of completed sessions, late-cancellation charges and no-show charges. The parties may agree on how any remaining balance is applied to future appointments. Any difference between a charge and the discounted package-session value must be disclosed before enforcement.
If the Practitioner cancels, the Client may reschedule without charge. If the Company cannot reasonably provide the contracted services, the Client's applicable refund and statutory rights remain unaffected.
The Company may waive or reduce a cancellation charge in exceptional circumstances, without creating an obligation to waive future charges.
9. Statutory right of withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer law grants the Client a right to withdraw from a distance service contract, the Client ordinarily has 14 days from the date of contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Applicable rules may extend that period.
The Client may exercise this right by sending an unequivocal written statement to evdoxia@innersafetyhealing.com or by using the model withdrawal form attached to this Agreement.
The Company will acknowledge the request and process any refund within the period required by applicable law, ordinarily within 14 days of receiving valid notice.
Early commencement: The Client may expressly request that services begin before the statutory withdrawal period expires. This request must be recorded separately from general acceptance of the Agreement.
Where the Client has validly requested early commencement and subsequently exercises the statutory withdrawal right, the amount payable for services already delivered will be calculated proportionately on the basis of the agreed contract price, as required by law.
For illustration, where a ten-session package costs €1,000 and each session has equal value, one completed session would ordinarily represent €100 for the purpose of that proportional calculation, assuming all applicable legal conditions are satisfied.
The contractual early-termination formula in Section 10 does not override statutory withdrawal rights.
Where legally applicable, the Client may lose the withdrawal right after the contracted service has been fully performed, provided the required prior express request or consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
If the Company has not complied with the mandatory information and consent requirements, the consequences prescribed by law apply, even if this Agreement provides otherwise.
10. Voluntary early termination of packages
After any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, the Client may request voluntary termination of an unused or partially used package by emailing the Company.
Contractual calculation:
The refund is calculated as:
Original package payment minus (€120 × completed sessions) minus applicable, non-duplicated late-cancellation and no-show charges.
The resulting refund will not be less than zero. The Client will not owe an additional amount solely because completed sessions exceed the original package payment when recalculated at the standard rate.
Illustration: A Client purchases ten sessions for €1,000, completes three sessions and then voluntarily terminates the package after the statutory withdrawal period. With no other charges, the proposed refund is €1,000 − €360 = €640.
This provision is intended to ensure that package discounts are linked to the package commitment. It applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law and rules on fair consumer contract terms.
The Company will provide an itemised calculation before processing a refund. No charge will be counted twice.
Where the Company terminates the package without Client fault or is unable to deliver the remaining sessions, the Client will receive an appropriate refund for undelivered services, calculated without an unfair penalty or loss of the discount attributable to the Company's decision.
Nothing in this section limits statutory remedies for non-performance, breach of contract or other mandatory rights.
11. Ending or suspending the coaching relationship
Either party may raise concerns about the suitability or continuation of the coaching relationship.
The Client may discontinue coaching at any time, subject to the applicable financial provisions and mandatory rights.
The Company may suspend or terminate services for a material breach of the Agreement, abusive or threatening conduct, non-payment, persistent boundary violations, or where the Practitioner reasonably concludes that the services are inappropriate or beyond her competence.
Where reasonable, the Company will explain the concern and offer an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate suspension may be appropriate where safety is at risk.
Any unused balance will be handled fairly according to the reason for termination and applicable law. This clause does not permit the Company to retain payment for services it has unjustifiably failed to deliver.
12. Confidentiality
The Company treats coaching communications as confidential and limits access to information to what is reasonably necessary for service delivery and lawful administration.
Confidentiality is subject to applicable law and may be limited where disclosure is legally required, necessary to address a serious and imminent safety concern, or otherwise lawfully justified.
The Company will not disclose identifiable Client stories, photographs, recordings or testimonials for marketing without separate, appropriate permission.
The Client must not record a session without the Practitioner's prior consent. The Practitioner will likewise not record a session without the Client's prior consent.
Confidentiality in coaching is not identical to the legal privilege that may apply to certain regulated professions.
13. Personal data and communication
The Company processes personal information to administer bookings, payments, communications and coaching services in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
The Privacy Policy explains relevant processing purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers and individual rights.
Marketing communications require an appropriate lawful basis and are not a condition of purchasing coaching.
The Client understands that email, online booking and video conferencing involve technological and privacy risks despite reasonable safeguards.
The Client should choose a private environment for sessions where possible.
Sensitive personal information and coaching notes: During coaching, the Client may voluntarily disclose sensitive personal information, including information concerning physical or mental health, emotional wellbeing or personal experiences. The Practitioner may maintain confidential session notes containing information relevant to the coaching relationship. Such notes are used to support continuity of sessions and the delivery of coaching services. The Company processes this information only where an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, a condition for processing special-category personal data apply. Further information about the purposes of processing, storage, security, retention periods and the Client's data protection rights is provided in the Privacy Policy. Where explicit consent is relied upon, it will be requested separately, with clear information about the processing concerned and the right to withdraw that consent.
Optional consent for sensitive coaching notes ↗
14. Professional boundaries and safety
Coaching does not provide a crisis response service.
Clients experiencing an immediate medical or psychological emergency should contact their local emergency services or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
The Client remains responsible for personal choices and decisions. This does not remove the Company's responsibility to provide services with reasonable care and skill.
The Practitioner may suggest that the Client obtain medical or psychological advice where appropriate.
The Client may stop any exercise at any time.
15. Hypnotherapy, somatic practices and Reiki
Where offered within a coaching session, these approaches are optional and require the Client's informed agreement.
Hypnotherapy and guided relaxation: The Practitioner will explain the proposed activity. The Client remains free to decline or discontinue participation. Hypnosis must not be represented as a reliable means of recovering accurate memories or as a guaranteed treatment.
Somatic and mindfulness practices: These may involve attention to breathing, sensations, movement, emotions or present-moment experience. Participation is voluntary; exercises may be modified or stopped.
Reiki: Reiki is presented as a complementary wellbeing practice rooted in a spiritual tradition. Claims concerning a healing energy mechanism are not established medical facts. Reiki does not diagnose or treat disease and does not replace evidence-based healthcare.
The Company will not promise particular outcomes from any modality.
Separate informed-consent wording may be provided when an activity warrants additional explanation.
16. Intellectual property and materials
Materials created by the Company, including worksheets, exercises, audio recordings and written resources, remain the intellectual property of the Company or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
The Client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials supplied for personal purposes.
The Client must not reproduce, sell, publicly distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
17. Liability
The Company will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable legal obligations.
The Company does not guarantee particular outcomes and is not responsible for independent decisions made by the Client merely because they were discussed during coaching.
Any proposed limitation of financial liability must be reasonable, transparent and enforceable under applicable law. No blanket exclusion or arbitrary liability cap is established by this Agreement.
18. Complaints and disputes
The Client is encouraged to raise concerns promptly by emailing evdoxia@innersafetyhealing.com.
The Company will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time, investigate them fairly and seek a practical resolution.
The parties may consider mediation or another appropriate dispute-resolution mechanism.
Cyprus law is the proposed governing law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence where such protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any jurisdiction clause must comply with applicable consumer jurisdiction rules. This Agreement does not require consumers to waive mandatory access to their legally competent courts.
19. General provisions
Changes to this Agreement must be agreed in writing, except for lawful updates that do not retrospectively diminish existing contractual rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive future enforcement.
This Agreement, the applicable booking confirmation and any expressly incorporated service terms form the contractual documentation, subject to mandatory law.
Where translations are supplied, the Company should identify the language version accepted by the Client and resolve inconsistencies fairly and transparently. No language-precedence clause may deprive consumers of mandatory rights.
20. Client acceptance
By accepting this Agreement, the Client confirms that the service description, price, duration, payment arrangements, booking rules and relevant cancellation information have been made available before purchase.
