Services are delivered by Evdoxia Stoupi, a professional coach whose work incorporates trauma-informed coaching, somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy and Reiki.
2. Nature and purpose of services
Inner Safety Healing provides coaching and complementary wellbeing services intended to support self-awareness, personal development, emotional regulation, reflection, decision-making and personal agency.
Depending on the service agreed and the client's preferences, sessions may include conversation, reflective questions, body-awareness exercises, breathing practices, guided relaxation, visualisation, hypnotherapy techniques or Reiki.
The methods used will be discussed with the client, and participation in any particular practice is voluntary.
No specific result or outcome is guaranteed.
3. Coaching is not medical or psychological treatment
Coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment or other regulated healthcare services.
A trauma-informed approach means that the Practitioner seeks to work with sensitivity to the possible effects of trauma, respecting choice, boundaries, pacing and emotional safety. It does not mean that the Practitioner is providing trauma therapy or treating post-traumatic stress disorder.
The Practitioner does not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions, prescribe medication or advise clients to discontinue treatment.
Clients should consult appropriately qualified healthcare professionals for medical or psychological concerns.
Where necessary, the Practitioner may recommend that a client seek additional professional support or may decline or pause a service that falls outside the appropriate scope of practice.
4. Somatic practices and nervous system regulation
Somatic practices may invite clients to notice bodily sensations, posture, movement, breathing or physical responses associated with emotions and stress.
Such exercises are intended to support awareness and self-regulation. They are not medical procedures or guaranteed treatments for trauma, anxiety or any other condition.
Individual responses vary. Some exercises may bring up unexpected sensations, emotions, memories or temporary discomfort.
Clients may slow down, modify, pause or stop any exercise at any time, without needing to justify their decision.
The Practitioner will endeavour to adapt the approach to the client's needs and preferences but cannot guarantee the absence of discomfort or emotional activation.
5. Mindfulness, meditation and guided relaxation
Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation practices may be used to encourage attention, reflection and a greater awareness of present experience.
These practices do not produce identical effects for everyone. Some people may experience restlessness, distress, difficult memories or other uncomfortable reactions.
Clients are free to keep their eyes open, change position, remain silent, decline a practice or discontinue it.
Participation does not require disclosure of private experiences.
6. Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy may involve guided attention, relaxation, imagery and suggestions intended to support agreed personal-development or wellbeing goals.
Responses to hypnosis vary, and no particular level of relaxation, responsiveness or result can be guaranteed.
The client remains entitled to decline suggestions, communicate discomfort and end the exercise.
Hypnotherapy offered through Inner Safety Healing is not represented as a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment.
It is not used to diagnose conditions or establish the factual accuracy of memories. Hypnotically recalled material should not be treated as independently verified evidence of past events.
Clients with relevant medical or psychiatric concerns should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating where appropriate.
7. Reiki
Reiki is offered as an optional complementary wellbeing practice.
It may be experienced by some individuals as calming or supportive, but scientific evidence does not establish Reiki as an effective treatment for cancer, psychiatric disorders or other medical conditions.
Reiki is not a substitute for diagnosis, medical treatment, medication or psychological care.
No healing, recovery or specific health outcome is promised.
For in-person Reiki, any physical contact requires the client's prior agreement. The client may choose a no-touch approach or stop the practice at any time.
For remote Reiki, the nature of the proposed activity will be explained, and no scientifically established mechanism or guaranteed therapeutic effect is claimed.
8. Client choice and informed participation
Before using an optional practice, the Practitioner will explain its general nature and purpose and provide an opportunity for questions.
Clients may:
Accept or decline a proposed exercise or method.
Request adjustments to pacing or intensity.
Ask to stop an exercise at any point.
Choose not to discuss particular personal experiences.
Inform the Practitioner of relevant needs, limitations or concerns.
Seek independent medical or psychological advice.
Consent to one practice does not imply consent to every other practice.
Consent may be withdrawn during a session without penalty for declining the practice itself. The agreed booking and cancellation terms remain applicable.
9. Emotional discomfort and limitations
Personal-development work can involve emotionally challenging topics. Clients may experience sadness, frustration, uncertainty, temporary distress or changes in their understanding of relationships and experiences.
The Practitioner will aim to work responsibly and within professional boundaries, but no method can guarantee that difficult feelings will not arise.
Clients should communicate discomfort where possible and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Participation does not guarantee improved health, recovery from trauma, changes in relationships or any particular personal or professional outcome.
10. Medical and mental health considerations
Clients are encouraged to disclose relevant limitations or concerns when these may affect the suitability of a proposed exercise. They are not required to disclose unnecessary medical details.
Clients should not stop or alter prescribed medication or professional treatment because of information received during coaching.
Where symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening, clients should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Inner Safety Healing does not provide emergency medical or crisis services.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
11. Online sessions
Services may be provided through Zoom or another agreed online platform.
Clients are responsible for choosing a reasonably private and suitable space, having an appropriate internet connection and informing the Practitioner if privacy or safety cannot be maintained.
Online communication carries certain technical and confidentiality risks despite reasonable precautions.
If a session is interrupted, the agreed scheduling and service arrangements apply.
12. Confidentiality and personal data
Information shared during coaching is treated confidentially, subject to the legal obligations and lawful exceptions described in the Coaching Services Agreement.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Where health data or other special categories of personal data are processed, the Company must establish the applicable legal basis and the additional condition required under the GDPR, including explicit consent where appropriate.
Consent to participate in coaching does not automatically authorise session recording, publication of testimonials or use of personal information for marketing purposes.
13. Client responsibility and professional boundaries
Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions.
The Practitioner may offer questions, perspectives, practices and support without controlling the client’s choices or circumstances.
The Practitioner may recommend referral to another professional or suspend an intervention that falls outside her appropriate professional scope, subject to the Coaching Agreement and applicable law.
