WORK WITH ME

A Space to Understand Yourself and Find Your Own Way Forward.

Perhaps you have spent years being the person everyone relies on.

You manage responsibilities, support others and find ways to keep going, even when you feel exhausted or overwhelmed.

You may have become very good at understanding what other people need, while finding it harder to recognise and express your own needs.

Or perhaps you already understand some of your patterns, but knowing where they come from hasn’t made them easy to change.

Our work begins wherever you are.

I offer individual, online coaching that brings together conversation, reflection, body awareness and practical tools, depending on what you need.

We explore the experiences and patterns that shape your responses, what matters to you now, and how you would like to live and relate to yourself and others.

You set the pace. We decide together what to explore.

GETTING STARTED

We Begin With a Conversation.

Before deciding whether to work together, we can meet for a complimentary introductory call of approximately 20 minutes.

This is an opportunity for you to tell me what brings you here, what you are hoping to change and what kind of support you are looking for.

You can also ask questions about my approach, the way sessions work and the practical arrangements.

I may ask a few questions to understand your situation and whether coaching is appropriate for your needs.

There is no obligation to continue.

I believe that a good coaching relationship begins with trust, clarity and a sense that you can speak openly.

The first conversation is an opportunity for both of us to see whether working together feels right.

THE COACHING PROCESS

How Our Sessions Develop.

There is no standard formula that fits every person.

Your experiences, circumstances, goals and pace shape the way we work together.

The process may include the following elements.

01

Understanding Where You Are

We begin by exploring what is happening in your life and what feels important to address.

You may want to understand recurring relationship patterns, respond differently to stress, set clearer boundaries or reconnect with parts of yourself that have received little attention.

We identify what you would like to gain from our work.

02

Recognising Familiar Patterns

Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, beliefs, bodily responses and behaviours that may have become familiar over time.

Some patterns may once have helped you cope with difficult circumstances.

Understanding their history can create more room to consider how you want to respond today.

03

Exploring New Responses

Depending on your needs, we may use coaching questions, somatic awareness, mindfulness, guided exercises or other approaches within my training.

We explore what helps you feel more aware of your choices and better able to respond in ways that reflect your values.

04

Bringing Insights Into Everyday Life

We look at how what you discover in our sessions connects with your relationships, work, decisions and daily routines.

You may choose small experiments or practices to try between sessions.

We review what you notice and adapt our work accordingly.

These steps are a guide, not a rigid sequence. We may return to a theme several times, spend longer on something important or change direction as your needs evolve.

YOUR TIME, YOUR EXPERIENCE

What Does an Individual Session Look Like?

We usually begin by checking in on how you have been since our last conversation and what you would like to focus on.

Sometimes you may arrive with a specific situation you want to discuss.

At other times, you may have a feeling, a question or a reaction that you don’t fully understand yet.

We explore what is present for you.

I listen, ask questions, reflect what I notice and may invite you to pay attention to your emotions or physical sensations.

Depending on the situation and your preferences, I may suggest a short mindfulness, grounding or body-awareness exercise.

You are always free to accept, adapt or decline an invitation.

Towards the end of the session, we may reflect on what stood out, what you want to remember and what feels useful to take into your daily life.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal or know exactly what to say.

You are welcome to arrive as you are, with whatever feels important that day.

A PERSONALISED APPROACH

Different Ways of Exploring Your Experience.

My work draws on several approaches. We choose what is appropriate according to your needs, preferences and the purpose of our sessions.

Hypnotherapy

Using focused attention and guided imagery, where appropriate and agreed, to explore perspectives and possibilities.

Explore Hypnotherapy

Reiki

A complementary practice that may be discussed according to your interests and preferences, with clear expectations about its scope and format.

Explore Reiki

You do not need to know which approach is right for you before contacting me.

We can discuss that together.

INTEGRATING WHAT YOU DISCOVER

Change Also Happens in Everyday Moments.

The time between sessions can offer opportunities to notice how familiar patterns appear in everyday life.

Perhaps you recognise the moment you are about to agree to something you don’t really want to do.

Perhaps you notice tension in your body during a difficult conversation.

Or perhaps you become aware of how quickly you dismiss your own needs.

We may agree on a small practice, a question to reflect on or something you would like to observe.

There is no expectation that you must complete assignments or make progress according to a timetable.

What you notice, including what feels difficult, can become useful material for our next conversation.

Small moments of awareness can become opportunities to make different choices.

A COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIP

You Have a Say in How We Work.

I want you to feel able to express what works for you and what doesn’t.

You can ask questions, disagree with an observation, decline an exercise or tell me that a particular topic feels too difficult to explore.

You do not need to share details of painful experiences to benefit from coaching.

If something feels overwhelming, we can adjust our pace, change our focus or return to what feels manageable.

I take confidentiality seriously and explain the relevant boundaries and exceptions before we begin working together.

My intention is to create a professional relationship in which your voice, preferences and choices remain central.

You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to help you explore it.

PROFESSIONAL CLARITY

Understanding the Scope of Our Work.

Coaching can offer a structured space to explore your experiences, develop self-awareness, examine choices and work towards personally meaningful goals.

My approach is trauma-informed, which means I pay attention to emotional safety, consent, choice and the possible influence of past experiences.

It does not mean that I provide trauma treatment or psychotherapy.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric assessment or treatment.

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will discuss this with you and may recommend support from an appropriately qualified professional.

You can also work with a coach alongside other healthcare professionals, where appropriate.

Knowing the scope of our work helps us make informed decisions about the support you need.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

Before We Begin.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. You may have a clear goal, or you may simply know that something in your life needs attention. We can explore what matters to you and begin from there.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your goals, circumstances and the way our work develops. We can discuss the options and review what is useful as we go. There is no guaranteed number of sessions required for a particular result.

Will we talk about my childhood or past experiences?

We may explore the past when it is relevant to your present patterns and you want to do so. You are never required to disclose painful experiences.

Do I have to do body-awareness exercises?

No. I may suggest exercises when they seem appropriate, but you can decline or ask for another approach.

Is everything I share confidential?

I treat what you share with professional care and confidentiality, subject to the limits explained in our coaching agreement and applicable law.

Can I book a single session?

Yes. You can book an individual session or choose a five-session or ten-session package.

Can I work with you if I live in another country?

Sessions take place online. We can discuss practical scheduling and whether coaching is appropriate in your circumstances.

What happens after the complimentary call?

If we both feel that working together is appropriate, we can discuss the next step and you can choose the session or package that suits you.

YOUR NEXT STEP

You Can Begin With a Conversation.

You may already know what you want to change.

You may still be trying to understand why certain situations affect you so deeply or why familiar patterns keep returning.

You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out.

We can begin by talking about where you are now and what you would like for yourself.
