These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, including its articles, educational content, free resources and online features.
By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about personal development, trauma-informed coaching, somatic coaching, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, Reiki and the professional services offered by Inner Safety Healing.
Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Website information is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical or psychological condition and is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
3. Coaching services and purchases
The website may allow visitors to book introductory calls, purchase individual coaching sessions and purchase prepaid coaching packages.
Paid services are governed by the separate Coaching Services Agreement & Booking Terms, which contains the applicable service descriptions, prices, payment arrangements, scheduling provisions, cancellation and refund terms, and statutory withdrawal information.
Before purchasing paid services, clients must have the opportunity to review and actively accept the applicable Coaching Services Agreement.
Where a client expressly requests that services begin during an applicable statutory withdrawal period, any additional legally required request and acknowledgement must be obtained separately.
If these Website Terms conflict with the Coaching Services Agreement concerning the delivery of paid coaching, the specific service agreement applies, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in these Website Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
4. Free resources and downloadable materials
The website may offer free guides, worksheets, audio recordings, relaxation exercises and other educational resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Downloading a free resource does not establish a coaching relationship or entitle the visitor to individual professional advice.
Free resources do not replace medical care, psychological treatment or personalised professional assessment.
We may update or discontinue resources, subject to any existing contractual or legal obligations.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, original articles, downloadable resources, audio recordings, graphics, logos and other original materials belong to the Company or are used under licence.
Visitors may view website content and download resources made available for personal use.
Without prior written permission, visitors must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, republish or modify protected materials beyond what applicable law permits.
Brief quotations with appropriate attribution may be permitted where allowed by copyright law.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable website use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with website security.
Misuse contact forms, booking systems or payment functions.
Impersonate another person or submit deliberately misleading information.
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the website, including restricting access where reasonably necessary.
7. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep website information accurate and reasonably up to date.
However, educational content may be general in nature, and professional knowledge may evolve.
We do not guarantee that every article or resource is complete, suitable for every individual or free from inadvertent errors.
Where material inaccuracies are identified, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate services such as Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp or external media platforms.
These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites merely because they are linked from our website.
This does not exclude any responsibility the Company has under applicable law for services it contracts to provide.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials published on the website reflect the experiences and views of the individuals who provided them.
Individual experiences vary, and testimonials do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same results.
Identifiable testimonials, photographs and recordings are published only with appropriate permission.
10. Website availability and security
We aim to maintain a functional and reasonably secure website.
Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, provider outages or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the website will be free from every technical error.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are explained in our Cookie Policy, including the options available for managing consent where required.
Visitors should review these documents to understand how their information may be processed.
12. External communications and enquiries
Submitting a contact form or sending an email does not automatically create a coaching relationship.
A coaching relationship begins when the applicable service arrangements are accepted and the Company confirms the engagement.
We aim to respond to legitimate enquiries within a reasonable period but do not guarantee immediate responses.
The website and its contact channels are not emergency services.
13. Limitation of liability
The Company will exercise reasonable care in operating the website and providing information.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information without appropriate individual assessment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Mandatory statutory rights and remedies available to consumers remain unaffected.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our business activities or legal requirements.
The current version and its date will be displayed on this page.
Changes to the Website Terms & Conditions do not automatically change an existing paid coaching services agreement.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under applicable law, including those of their country of habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms requires consumers to waive access to courts or remedies available to them by law.
Questions and complaints may be sent to evdoxia@innersafetyhealing.com.
