ABOUT EVDOXIA STOUPI

Hello, I’m Evdoxia.

I’m a trauma-informed coach, somatic and mindfulness facilitator, hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, with a background in law and education.

I work with women who want to understand themselves more deeply, recognise the patterns that shape their lives and develop the confidence to make choices that reflect their needs and values.

My work brings together professional training, an understanding of human behaviour and a genuine interest in what makes each of us who we are.

01 / MY STORY

How I came to this work.

I’ve always been interested in people. What shapes us, why we behave the way we do, how our experiences influence our relationships and the choices we make.

Before becoming a coach, I worked as a lawyer and an English teacher. Both professions taught me a great deal about people, communication, responsibility and the importance of understanding different perspectives.

Over the years, my own experiences also led me to question some of the beliefs and expectations I had lived by. I became increasingly interested in the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, bodies and behaviour, and in the ways we learn to adapt to our circumstances.

That curiosity developed into a professional commitment.

I trained in coaching and continued expanding my knowledge through trauma-informed approaches, somatic practices, mindfulness, hypnotherapy and other disciplines concerned with human wellbeing and personal development.

Each has contributed something valuable to the way I understand people and the way I work today.

My personal experiences continue to inform my perspective, just as my professional training continues to challenge and deepen my understanding.

I believe that learning about ourselves is a lifelong process. There is always more to discover, question and understand.

The more we understand ourselves, the more consciously we can choose how we want to live.

03 / HOW I WORK

Understanding yourself. Making choices. Creating change.

The women I work with often have a great deal of insight into their lives.

They recognise patterns in their relationships, understand some of their emotional responses and know what they would like to change. Yet familiar reactions can be difficult to interrupt, especially when stress, fear or uncertainty are involved.

Our work begins by exploring your experiences, the challenges you’re facing and what matters to you.

We may look at how earlier experiences have shaped your beliefs, how your body responds to stress, how you relate to others and what happens when you try to express your needs or set boundaries.

Depending on your goals and preferences, I may draw on coaching, somatic practices, mindfulness, hypnotherapy or other complementary approaches.

I work collaboratively, respecting your individuality, your choices and your capacity to decide what is right for you.

The aim is to help you develop greater awareness, strengthen your relationship with yourself and practise responding to life with more confidence and intention.

01

We explore your experiences.

We begin with what brings you here. We look at your current challenges, the patterns you recognise and the changes you would like to make.

02

We pay attention to your body.

Our thoughts, emotions and physical responses are closely connected. Learning to recognise the signals of your body can help you understand your reactions and develop ways to respond to stress.

03

We develop new possibilities.

As your awareness grows, we explore practical ways to express your needs, establish boundaries, make decisions and respond differently to familiar situations.

04

We work collaboratively.

You bring your experiences, knowledge of yourself and personal goals. I bring professional expertise, curiosity and support. We decide together how to approach the work.

Every woman has her own history, strengths, challenges and aspirations. Our work reflects yours.

WHAT GUIDES MY WORK

Respect, curiosity and personal agency.

Respect

Your experiences, values and choices deserve to be heard and respected. You decide what you wish to explore and how much you want to share.

Curiosity

I approach human behaviour with curiosity. Understanding why we respond as we do can open the door to greater self-awareness and new possibilities.

Compassion

Many of our patterns developed in response to circumstances we were trying to navigate. Recognising their origins can help us approach ourselves with greater understanding.

Personal agency

An important part of our work is strengthening your ability to recognise your needs, express yourself, make decisions and take responsibility for the life you want to create.

Professional integrity

I value clear boundaries, confidentiality, continued learning and honest communication about the scope of my work.
