If I choose to discuss sensitive personal information during coaching, I explicitly consent to I KI COACHING (EVINA) EVDOXIA STOUPI LTD and Evdoxia Stoupi processing only the relevant information and keeping confidential session notes to support the continuity and delivery of my coaching. This may include information about physical or mental health, emotional wellbeing and personal experiences that I voluntarily share.
Notes are kept in Apple Notes and synchronised through iCloud. Access is restricted to those who need it for the stated purpose. Notes are retained for 3 years after the coaching relationship ends, unless a longer period is legally required, and are securely deleted at expiry, including synchronised devices and recoverable storage where technically possible.
This consent is optional. Declining it does not prevent a complimentary call or an ordinary booking request. I can discuss an approach that does not require recording sensitive information with Evdoxia. This consent does not authorise session recordings, testimonial publication or marketing.
I can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing evdoxia@innersafetyhealing.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Data that must be retained on another lawful basis will be handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.
